Birthday thanks

Thank you all for the phone calls yesterday on my exciting 57th birthday.  I feel, still, like I am in my early 30's.  Spent the day accomplishing things on my "to do" list--pruning apple trees and cleaning out the old cabinets and junk in the Logan home and going to the dump.  Stopped to get our dump-going staple, squeeky cheese.  Yes, you all know who started that tradition.  Anyway, got a lot done and had a lot of birthday wishes via phone as I worked.  Good day!

If anyone missed conference, or couldn't hear for the children in the background, track down President Monson's cute story on playing with matches and Elder Holland's talk about "belief" and
"knowledge."  He speaks with almost an anger.  Perhaps he knows something we don't know?  I love Uchtdorf, but I think Holland wins the greatest speaker of this generation of general conference speakers.

Also, an apology to Dall-IN.  I bought a building from a Dall-AN Stephens and made checks to him for a year, so I tend to always spell the name with an AN, not an IN.  Sorry, Dal.  From now on, I'll just type "Dal."
